Rates:

Individual and Couples Counseling:

$120 per 50 minute session

$130 per 80 minute session

I find that an 80 minute session allows us to hone in, do some experiential work in session, and maximize our time together. We can discuss your preference during your consultation call!

Sliding Scale:
I offer sliding scale slots on a first come first served basis. Sliding scale slots are based on self-reported financial need. Please contact me for my current sliding scale availability.

Insurance:
As an LPC Associate in Texas, I’m currently not permitted to bill insurance directly. This is a restriction set by the state’s licensing board for associate-level clinicians, regardless of experience or credentials.

However, I can provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) that some clients use to request out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance providers. If you’d like to explore this option, I recommend calling your plan to ask about out-of-network mental health benefits. Reimbursement cannot be guaranteed or cover missed sessions.

Health Savings:
If you would like to use funds from your FSA or HSA account, you can list the debit card linked to your account as your payment method.
