How I Can Help…

Whether you’re navigating change, working through anxiety, or rethinking your relationships, therapy is a space to think out loud, get honest, and make meaningful progress. I use approaches like IFS (internal family systems aka parts work), DBT (dialectical behavior therapy), and ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy) values-based work, while keeping our conversations grounded and human. Clients appreciate that my approach is collaborative - I take into account what works for your individual needs and preferences.

Specializations

Change can be disorienting, even when it’s something you chose. Whether you’re starting a new job, entering or leaving a relationship, or reevaluating your goals, therapy can help you stay grounded and intentional through it.  You may experience a tangle of emotions from past experience, fears, and hopes for the future. We can explore the stress, grief, or uncertainty that often comes with change and make space to build confidence in your next chapter.

Anxiety can show up as overthinking, irritability, muscle tension, or feeling constantly on edge, and it can quietly shape how you move through the world. In therapy, we’ll work to understand your anxiety patterns and learn ways to calm your nervous system, shift unhelpful thoughts, and build resilience. The goal is to reduce anxiety’s control over your life by increasing your trust in yourself.

Maybe you’ve started asking yourself: “Is this who I really am, or just who I’ve been expected to be?” Identity work helps you sort through the roles, stories, and beliefs you’ve carried, and decide which ones fit. This kind of therapy can support you in exploring identity shifts related to career, gender, culture, family roles, or simply a growing sense of self.

Follow these steps to get started with therapy and start your journey towards real change.

1

Begin by scheduling a free consultation call — it’s a chance for us to connect, talk about what you're looking for, and see if working together feels like a good fit.

2

In our first few sessions, we’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy, talk through relevant parts of your history, and identify the goals you want to work toward.

3

As therapy unfolds, we’ll regularly check in on your progress, revisit your goals, and adjust focus as needed. Therapy is flexible, and we’ll shape it to fit what’s most helpful for you over time.
